The French Market Corporation will be accepting proposals for the rental of 682 s.f. of retail space located at 912 Decatur Street, and 4,376 s.f. (3,412 interior space / 964 exterior space) of restaurant space located at 1000 N. Peters Street. Detail specifications can be picked up at the French Market Corporation, 1008 N. Peters Street, 3rd floor, New Orleans, LA 70116, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Proposals will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. , June 14, 2013.

General Public Notices
Permission to perform on any part of French Market property must be issued by French Market staff.
All musicians must have a PERMIT TO PERFORM in order to perform on French Market property.
Performers will fully comply with the City of New Orleans Noise Ordinance.
Applications for the Performer Permit may be found on the Frequently Asked Questions webpage.
Applications are accepted and Performer Permits are issued on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am – 4pm.
As of May 13, 2011, the French Market Corporation no longer permits use of amplification throughout the French Market District. During special events and organized performance times and in specifically designated venues, amplification may be permitted. Approval for use of amplification is up to the discretion of the French Market Corporation.
Farmers Market Space Available
