The French Market District is a wonderful place to experience the holidays because of our six blocks of decorations, too! From St. Peter Street on Jackson Square to Decatur Street, to the open air market, find garlands, ribbons, wreaths, and lights along the way! The 27 foot fleur de lis topped tree at Washington Artillery Park across from Jackson Square is home to our annual TREE LIGHTING CEREMONY, always held the Thursday before Thanksgiving (November 17, 2106).
