Creole Tomato Festival Food / Bloody Mary Vendor Application – French Market District

Thank you for your interest in the French Market’s 38th annual Creole Tomato Festival!

The Creole Tomato Festival will take place at the French Market Saturday, June 8th and Sunday, June 9th from 10:00am to 4:00pm both days.

We are accepting applications for partners to serve on-site at the Creole Tomato Festival. The deadline for application is Friday, April 19th at 12:00pm.

All participants will be included in print, digital, and social media advertising for the festival.

Festival Food Booth Vendors

IF YOU SELL FOOD ONLY: Leading dish submission must include Creole tomato as a main ingredient. Up to two additional dishes may be vended at fest

IF YOU SELL FOOD & BLOODY MARYS: Your Bloody Mary mix must be housemade (i.e., not Zing Zang, etc.) and you are able to sell ONE food item. Your food item does not need to include tomatoes but we encourage it.

  • Booth fee is $600 and includes:
    • two-day set-up
    • a 10×10 tent
    • two 8’ tables
    • access to electricity
    • custom festival menu signage
  • This is an outdoor festival which will take place rain or shine.
  • Two-day commitment required.

  • All applications will be reviewed and approved by the event committee and all decisions final
  • Event fees are non-refundable
  • All accepted participants must obtain a vendor special event permit, any applicable state and municipal licenses, and provide a certificate of insurance naming the French Market Corporation with $1,000,000 limits and submit to festival organizers before festival dates.
  • If selling bloody marys you must have a special event ABO or other applicable ABO. All permits must be submitted to the festival organizers.
